DSA is an Australian sportswear brand. For confidentiality reasons, its full name cannot be disclosed.The brand focuses on designing and supplying commemorative Polo shirts favored by retired military personnel. Its product designs are hugely popular among military officers and their families.

The Challenge

For the majority of its branded merchandise, DSA previously relied on multiple tiers of costly middlemen to source goods from scattered suppliers. This led to lengthy production lead times, disjointed communication and inefficient logistics, driving up both costs and turnaround time unnecessarily.
Additionally, their key promotional items — including core products like polo shirts and backpacks — were sourced from local Australian suppliers at excessively high prices, with very limited room for brand customization.

    We then carefully selected the ideal private label producer, manufacturing facility and fabric supplier for each style, perfectly optimized for mass production. The Qiandao team coordinated closely with all partners to ensure competitive pricing, strict quality control and seamless project alignment.
    This enables every new commemorative apparel release to launch quickly with unique, tailor-made designs exclusive to DSA.

  • The Last Step

    Our team ensured all customized activewear obtained relevant certifications and completed customs clearance, while arranging end-to-end shipping from China to Australia.
    Once bulk production was finished, Qiandao delivered all polo shirts and hoodies within 7 business days. After receiving the goods, DSA left us 5-star feedback and quickly gained profitable sales from these products.
